Single-Lesson Cancellation Policy / Rescheduling:
A cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled lesson is considered a late cancellation, and results in the loss of the session.
Rescheduling is possible within the same week, subject to the availability of both parties. A request to reschedule that is unsuccessful (due to either party being unavailable) will be considered a late cancellation.
Lesson Package Cancellation / Rescheduling:

Tutor Cancellation / Rescheduling:
The same policies apply to the tutor. (i.e., if I need to late cancel a lesson, I will owe the client the value of the session).
The use of services from Nataliya Tutors constitutes agreement to these terms and policies. All products and services received from Nataliya Tutors may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of NY and the United States of America apply.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims resulting from the use of our products or services.
Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
